Our services

Comprehensive Special Education Advocacy Services

At Advocating 4 Fair Education, we know how overwhelming the school system can feel. We are here to stand by your side and make the IEP and 504 process simple, clear, and stress-free.

From reviewing school records to writing powerful concern letters and sitting with you at school meetings, we ensure your child's voice is heard and their needs are met. Together, we will partner with your school to build a positive, supportive plan that helps your child thrive and feel successful.

Virtual Meeting Attendance

You never have to sit at the IEP table alone again. We attend eligibility, annual review, and triennial meetings with you (virtually or in person) to ensure the school team listens to your concerns and respects your rights.

School Evaluations and Eligibility

School psych reports and standardized testing data can look like a different language. We break down the "nitty-gritty" data into plain English so you actually understand your child’s scores, diagnoses, and learning style.

IEP and 504 plan review and coaching

If you already have a plan in place but aren't sure it's working, we will review your child's current IEP or 504 plan from top to bottom. We look for missing accommodations, weak goals, and areas where your child needs more support.

One-on-One Parent Strategy Sessions

If you want to advocate for your child yourself but just need a game plan, we offer private coaching sessions. We will help you organize your talking points, understand your rights under IDEA, and walk into your meeting with total confidence.

Behavior & Discipline Support

If your child is facing school discipline or suspension related to their disability, we step in to support you through Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs) and help advocate for positive behavior plans.

Supporting Goal Creation and Measurablity

We help craft meaningful, measurable goals  that are tailored to your child's specific academic or social-emotional needs.

Drafting Parent Input & Vision Statements

Your perspective is the most important part of the IEP. We take your raw notes and worries and transform them into professional, legally backed "Parent Concerns" letters that force the school to document and address your goals.

Creating a Document Trail

In special education, if it isn't in writing, it didn't happen. We help you organize and track every evaluation request, email, and conversation. This keeps the school accountable to legal timelines and creates a clear record that protects your child’s rights.

Fair Education

When we talk about a "Fair Education," we aren't talking about treating every student the exact same way. True fairness in special education means giving each child the specific tools, pacing, and environment they need to feel successful.

A fair education means:

  • Social, Emotional, & Mental Health Needs: Supporting students facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or school avoidance.

We help ensure that feeding evaluations and therapy are written directly into the IEP when eating impacts their safety or access to the school day.

  • Students with Complex or Misunderstood Needs: Providing strong advocacy for high-needs students to ensure they receive true, meaningful classroom inclusion ("proximity with purpose") rather than being isolated or placed in restrictive settings without a clear data-driven plan.

  • Highly Mobile & Military Families (PCS Transitions): Specializing in helping military and relocating families transition school services seamlessly. We make sure your child’s IEP or 504 plan travels with you across district or state lines perfectly, so essential services don't get lost in the shuffle.
