This was the first book I read when trying to learn about Dyslexia.  It was so validating.  I understood more, saw myself in it, and felt heard.  It helped me create a game plan. 

Talk about a plan.  Ben let's you in on living life with dyslexia and how he doesn't keep him down.  You will see a new path laid out for you.  It will be different, but not less.  In fact you might find some great strengths. 

This book is full of answers to questions, solutions to problems, scripts, and supports.  It provides questions to help you find answers and guide you to understanding about Dyslexia. 

This book specifically addresses the Dyslexia question at the IEP table.  It helps you understand testing, laws, instruction, and what to ask for when navigating the system.
